Baker Soccer Hosts Playoff Game
The Baker men's soccer team will be hosting Park University for the first round of the NAIA playoffs.
The Baker University Alumni Office and the Baldwin State Bank will be sponsoring a Chili Feed Tailgate, which will be free for all Baker alumni, students and parents of Baker players.
The chili feed will start at 5:30 p.m. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

Students craving Wheat State Pizza on Sundays now only have to walk as far as the Wildcat Café. Catering Coordinator Tanya Sieber said it was introduced in the café Nov. 2 as part of a trial run to see if students with meal plans would opt for Wheat State on Sundays instead of using their flex-plans or cash when the cafeteria is closed.
Bond issue supporters sat in anticipation Nov. 4 as numbers rolled in to determine what changes, if any, would be seen in the Baldwin School District.

Junior Jessica Zehr hopes Jeremy Frye, a Baker senior who died last summer after a long bout with cancer, will be able to hear the Symphonic Winds concert Tuesday – a concert dedicated to him. She hopes he’ll be listening, hopes he’ll appreciate the sentiment.

The Baker women's basketball team defeated Kansas Wesleyan University Tuesday evening to improve its record to 4-1. The 'Cats were led by sophomore Aubree Gustin, who sunk 17 points off 8-for-10 shooting and six boards.
